Individuals who use this Site to generate a child benefits application form are then required to liaise directly with the relevant governing body to lodge their application. Through this Site, We only provide You with an application form template which generates an application form solely based on the information that You have provided as agent on Your behalf. You understand that We are not responsible in anyway for verifying the accuracy, likelihood of success or otherwise of the information that You submit to Us using Our online application form. You alone are responsible for verifying the accuracy, likelihood of success or otherwise of the information that is generated onto the application form.

4.1 When You click on, complete and submit to Us our ‘Apply for child benefit online’ form, We gather Personal Information such as Your name, date of birth, e-mail address, postal addresses and mobile phone number as set out in Section 1 – Your Details; Your partners’ details as set out in Section 2 – Your Partners Details; and Your children’s details as set out in Section 3 - Children you want to Claim Child Benefit for and any additional comments or enquiries (whether by completion of our other forms as may exist from time to time or message portals or otherwise) that You provide voluntarily when You contact Us by (eg.,) e-mail or telephone. We may also collect information about how You use this Site including Your searches, the properties and pages you look at, and the content of the emails You send to Us. The web server may also collect data pertaining to every visitor including the IP address the length of time spent on the Site and the pages accessed when visiting the Site.
4.2 Our main aim in gathering Your Personal Information is to provide You with a customised service. 4.5 We use Paypal to take payment from You on Our behalf. Accordingly, when You submit Your chosen card details for this purpose, please note that only Paypal (and not Us) receive these details. Accordingly, We do not at anytime receive, hold or store Your card details on Our database or systems.
4.6 We may also use aggregate Personal Information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring Site usage in order to help Us develop the Site and Our service and may provide such aggregate and anonymised Personal Information to third parties
4.7 If You inform Us that you no longer wish Us to contact You for any one or all of the reasons stated above in this clause 4.4(a) to (f) inclusive, then We will cease contacting You although You acknowledge that his may prevent Us from providing the Site or services to You
